So How Was It For You? Part Deux

You may remember two weeks ago we posted the winning entry of our FREE YEAR OF JIGSAWBOX competition.

As promised because we LOVE to hear all your success stories on how you have been using JigsawBox in your quest for a better quality work/life balance, we have our second piece coming up.

This week we’d like to introduce you to Geraldine Brown.

So we asked Geraldine “how has JigsawBox worked for you?”

I work with women in corporate organisations at all levels. I have done this for 27 years and realised that I could not continue to fly across the globe delivering seminars and workshops. So I looked for ways to package my expertise online and still work with women across the world – but from my haven in Connemara, Galway. Then I found Jigsawbox!

So now I can support women struggling with work/life management (‘balance’ is a myth!) with an audio package, and women preparing for leadership with my OPAL online mentoring and coaching package – all via JSB.

My motto is “Reach and Teach’”. My clients are still corporate ones who buy my packages to offer to their women. So I support organisations who want to support their women but who wouldn’t be able to fly me across the world to help them.

Jigsawbox has provided the opportunity for me to package my expertise and offer it to far more women than I could have reached personally. More importantly, JSB has enabled organisations to use my package to empower their future women leaders – THESE are the leaders who will change our organisations, our communities, our societies and ultimately the world – yes – it’s as big as that!

Thank you JSB!

Geraldine has spent 27 years working in the areas of women’s development, diversity and spirituality. A former President of the European Women’s Management Development Network, she specialises in empowerment and leadership programmes for women. In 2011 she was recognised for a World of Difference 100 award given by the International Alliance of Women (TIAW). The awards recognise 100 achievers from 27 countries for their efforts in advancing the economic empowerment of women locally, regionally or worldwide.

We think you will agree that Geraldine’s work is pretty inspiring and we are so pleased that JigsawBox has helped her so much in so many ways.

We will be publishing more of these wonderful insights in the next few weeks to come so keep those eyes peeled!

Until next time…….have a wonderful week!

So…How Was It For You?

We LOVE to hear all your success stories on how you have been using JigsawBox in your quest for a better quality work/life balance.

So in April we asked you to tell us in no more than 250 words how you felt JigsawBox had worked for you.  We had an overwhelming response to this, not only because you were all so eager to tell us how brilliant you are, but also because we were offering you a wonderful incentive by giving away a FREE YEAR OF JIGSAWBOX!

So firstly a big THANK YOU from Nicola and her Team at JigsawBox.

With that out of the way! Let us introduce our WINNER…………drum roll please!………

…….Vanessa Long!!!!

So we asked Vanessa “how has JigsawBox worked for you?”

Slowly, but surely, JigsawBox has caused a total evolution of my business. As an NLP and Hypnotherapy Trainer and Coach, I have a powerful toolbox but I was using them exclusively in intense 1-on-1 live sessions and it was burning me out.

JigsawBox required a big shift in my mindset. Instead of providing improvised and customized content to each one of my clients I started thinking about how I could help more people and have a bigger impact while increasing my income and protecting my time and energy.

I started off tentatively, creating a couple of small modules for clients. As those succeeded I created more programs to deliver through JigsawBox.

I listened to Nicola’s webinar and created an accountability module to use with my high-end Breakthrough clients and then I sold and created a 12-month program that is delivered entirely through JigsawBox. I can sell as many clients as I want into that program and it doesn’t take any more of my time!

Since Nicola started the JigsawBox Facebook group my experience has gotten even better! I now feel that I have a community of like-minded coaches who are serious about success and making the most of the tools and gifts that they have.

I’m so grateful that I decided to move my business onto JigsawBox and take my coaching to the next level. I now see how I can help far more people without trading my time for money and that feels great!

Vanessa is an NLP and Hypnotherapy Trainer and Coach based in Ontario, Canada who works with clients to get them moving quickly toward their goals and building lives based on their passionate purpose. You can find out more about Vanessa’s work at http://vanessalong.ca.

We are so pleased that Vanessa has won as she is a frequent visitor and commenter  in the JigsawBox Facebook Community pages, it’s almost as if she works at JigsawBox!

Next week we will be publishing more of these wonderful insights into our client’s worlds for you all to read and be inspired, it has certainly inspired us all here!

Until next time…….Have a great weekend!

JigsawBox Tip: How To Run A Virtual Day In JigsawBox

Hey there JigsawBoxer’s!

Hope you are all having a great week so far and to make it that little bit more interesting we have a few tips on how to run your very own Virtual Day using JigsawBox.

Hosting a Virtual Day couldn’t be simpler by using GoToWebinar (or something similar),  you could schedule in a number of sessions during the day and then load up the recording to the module/package it relates to so your clients can review it straight after the session has finished.  This is specifically perfect if you have clients in differing time zones!

You can use the forum whilst hosting each session so you can directly answer any questions and help your clients to connect with other clients.  Or you can use the questions section so you can create a little privacy.

It doesn’t have to be just one day, you can perhaps hold a weekly virtual event.  Using JigsawBox to deliver handouts, relevant information to your package and useful links.   You can also capture certain information during those sessions from your clients to discuss during the calls or to help you with ideas to construct your next package/virtual day.

The Virtual Day doesn’t have to be live, so you could prerecord your sessions and then send them out at different times during that day providing a forum for them to comment or ask questions.

You can make your Virtual Day an Intense Virtual Day for those clients who don’t want to spend weeks doing a course and want to be coached in just one day!

On the practical side, enlist in a willing accomplice to do all your uploading for you whilst you can focus on giving exceptional content during the day.

How about starting off your Virtual Day with mini ‘talk’ or ‘lecture’ and then getting your clients to go into JigsawBox to answer some questions, or use a journal, whilst viewing the resources you have available.   You can really enjoy the interplay of group discussions and providing coaching at the same time.

Setting up Weekend Workshops, something your clients can really look forward to at the end of a stressful working week.

And FINALLY the Piece de Resistance is to package up all your recordings and sell them as a separate package after the event!

REMEMBER when hosting your Virtual Day – to have fun, be inspiring, be interesting, and most of all, give them a GREAT lesson into why they purchased YOUR coaching program.

We can’t wait to see how you got on hosting your Virtual Day using JigsawBox! – Let us know by liking this post on Facebook, sending us a Tweet, or commenting on this blog! We love it when you do that ;-)

JigsawBox Tip: Using Third Party Shopping Carts – Referesher

We’ve had a couple of queries into support this week with questions regaring shopping carts, so we thought we’d give you a little refresher on how to use them with JigsaWBox.

How can I use my shopping cart account (like 1ShoppingCart, for example) with JigsawBox well…here is your answer!

Currently, JigsawBox is integrated to take payments using PayPal. However, if you are using a third party shopping cart program like 1ShoppingCart, InfusionSoft, etc., you can use this shopping cart program to take payments from your customers. Here is how to do this:

1.Create your JigsawBox package and price your package as $0 in JigsawBox. Your clients will not be paying for the package in JigsawBox, they are paying in your shopping cart, so the JigsawBox price is $0.

2. Create a sales page and a thank you page on your website.

3. Create a product in your shopping cart program for your JigsawBox package. This is where you will enter the price of your package. Remember, you put your price in your shopping cart and price it as $0 in JigsawBox. For every JigsawBox package you will create a new product in your shopping cart. When you create that product in your shopping cart, make sure when you set this up, that after the person makes a purchase they are redirected to the thank you page you have created on your website.

4. Send your clients to the sales page you have created on your website to promote your JigsawBox packages.

5. On your sales page, you will create a “Buy Now” button, or add text that says something like; “Click here to register”. Then you will link that Buy Now button or Click here to register text using a link to the product that you have set-up in your shopping cart, NOT to JigsawBox.

6. Your prospective client will then click on the “buy now” link that you have on your website and they will be taken to your shopping cart to make their payment.

7. Your new client who has just made their purchase will then be directed to the thank you page on your website – see point 2 that you must set this up in your shopping cart program to make this happen. On that thank you page, you want to say thank you (of course!) remind them of all the great things your package will provide to them and add the Client Link for your JigsawBox package. You will find this link in your JigsawBox on the My Packages page. It is the link that is to the right of the page called Client Link. Please add this and make it very prominent on your page and tell people to Click here to register and obtain access to your package.

8. When your client clicks that link, they are then taken to the JigsawBox registration page. They will need to enter their name and email address and create a username and password for JigsawBox. When they click Sign Up, they will be taken to a confirmation page in JigsawBox that will remind them of what their username is and also let them know that they will be receiving an email with this information too. This email is the Welcome email from JigsawBox. The Welcome email will have their username, password and the log-in link for your client to sign in and start working on their package right away.

Hope this helps you use your JigsawBox with your current shopping cart. If you have any questions about how to use JigsawBox, please contact support@jigsawbox.com. Feel free to comment below and suggest your topics for a future JigsawBox Tip!
