So…How Was It For You?

We LOVE to hear all your success stories on how you have been using JigsawBox in your quest for a better quality work/life balance.

So in April we asked you to tell us in no more than 250 words how you felt JigsawBox had worked for you.  We had an overwhelming response to this, not only because you were all so eager to tell us how brilliant you are, but also because we were offering you a wonderful incentive by giving away a FREE YEAR OF JIGSAWBOX!

So firstly a big THANK YOU from Nicola and her Team at JigsawBox.

With that out of the way! Let us introduce our WINNER…………drum roll please!………

…….Vanessa Long!!!!

So we asked Vanessa “how has JigsawBox worked for you?”

Slowly, but surely, JigsawBox has caused a total evolution of my business. As an NLP and Hypnotherapy Trainer and Coach, I have a powerful toolbox but I was using them exclusively in intense 1-on-1 live sessions and it was burning me out.

JigsawBox required a big shift in my mindset. Instead of providing improvised and customized content to each one of my clients I started thinking about how I could help more people and have a bigger impact while increasing my income and protecting my time and energy.

I started off tentatively, creating a couple of small modules for clients. As those succeeded I created more programs to deliver through JigsawBox.

I listened to Nicola’s webinar and created an accountability module to use with my high-end Breakthrough clients and then I sold and created a 12-month program that is delivered entirely through JigsawBox. I can sell as many clients as I want into that program and it doesn’t take any more of my time!

Since Nicola started the JigsawBox Facebook group my experience has gotten even better! I now feel that I have a community of like-minded coaches who are serious about success and making the most of the tools and gifts that they have.

I’m so grateful that I decided to move my business onto JigsawBox and take my coaching to the next level. I now see how I can help far more people without trading my time for money and that feels great!

Vanessa is an NLP and Hypnotherapy Trainer and Coach based in Ontario, Canada who works with clients to get them moving quickly toward their goals and building lives based on their passionate purpose. You can find out more about Vanessa’s work at http://vanessalong.ca.

We are so pleased that Vanessa has won as she is a frequent visitor and commenter  in the JigsawBox Facebook Community pages, it’s almost as if she works at JigsawBox!

Next week we will be publishing more of these wonderful insights into our client’s worlds for you all to read and be inspired, it has certainly inspired us all here!

Until next time…….Have a great weekend!

Tips on Getting Clients

As a coach we know we have this great background, lots of experience and can offer a great bit of knowledge to our clients.  We have built our package, added our modules and are ready to start helping those with our intended calling.  But, through proven research, 85% of us hit this snag…trying to get paying clients!

The first step to our success is finding our niche and/or our target market.  Once we have that in place we can begin the work to attract people to our product.  And not just any people but the “right” people, those that are interested in what we have to offer and will gain the most benefit thus creating a paying client.

Marketing

Whether you are driving people to your site or adding your client link directly to your marketing material, this is essential.  And marketing to the “right” people is even more essential.  Obviously you won’t want to post your parenting package on a business coaching forum.  Follow your target market and watch where they visit.  Then utilize those areas in your marketing campaign.

Groups

Partner with a big name in your niche.  Maybe you can be featured in their newsletter or a link added to their site as promotion.  Potential clients want that relationship, to actually know you.  By being included with someone who already has a hold of that niche could give you that boost in recognition.

Blog/Website

Again, we need to be relatable and transparent.  Clients want to feel like they are important, part of your daily life, friendly and most of all knowledgeable.  By offering great content you can entice visitors.  Think about what frustrates your target audience and offer solutions.  And by having a great site you can also offer a sneak peak to your package by utilizing video and great graphics.  We are very visual and when something catches our eye we tend to push for it.

Given the above, getting on the road to paying clients doesn’t seem so unattainable.  With a little work and the necessary tools you can be on your way to becoming a huge success in the coaching world!

Nurture Your List with Autoresponders

Internet marketing has grown exponentially over the last few years, and is now one of the most widely used promotional tool on the Internet. With an autoresponder, you can deliver your sales and customer follow-up content 24 hours a day/7 days a week to anyone in the world. Your target audience just grew ten-fold!

Here, we are going to look at some methods to develop great autoresponder messages for big results!

  • Personalize
The content of the message should be based on a one-on-one conversation. Write as if you were talking to a good friend, be informal. Use personalization codes such as {!firstname_fix} to add the recipients first name to the beginning of the message. This will give your clients the feeling of individual attention!
  • Reader Needs
Rule of thumb #1: Never ‘me’ or ‘I’. Your message should completely focus on your readers’ needs and how your program will benefit them. Of course, an About Me blurb is helpful, but overall the message should not contain your opinions of the product.
  • Show the Benefits
Rule of thumb #2: Benefits, not features. Play up exactly how your program will benefit your reader. Ask yourself, what do I hope my clients will retain from this? More clarity? Better business practices?
  • Free Gift
Just about every person loves to receive something for nothing, so give it to them! Have an e-book, offer it as a free download. But be strategic…leave the book open-ended and offer the full course for purchase at the end. Also, have your readers navigate to your site to download for more exposure.
  • Edit
Rule of thumb #3: Spell check is your friend. You want your readers to think of you as a professional and spelling errors will not portray that image!
  • Action
Why are your readers receiving this message? Is your wish to have them order a new product, a current product? Do you want feedback through a reply? Let your readers know what is asked of them in a clear and concise way. And include your contact information for any questions. Your reader wants to know where they can find you!
  • Branding and Subject Lines
Most autoresponder companies have great layouts available. Add your header, colors and anything else that brands you from the rest. Recognition is number 1 when it comes to a message being read or deleted. Same with your subject line!
  • Contacts
Often times, list size is misinterpreted. A good, quality list will win over size each and every time. Remember, subscribers WANT to learn more about your product!

By applying the ‘insider secrets’ above, by creating a well written and well thought out message, your autoresponders will help increase your sales and make email marketing well worth the extra effort!

How are you currently using email marketing to build your program? Have you found any or all of the above useful along the way?

JigsawBox Tip: Going from Coach to Client in One Simple Switch

Switch from Coach to ClientWe know that our coaches are also clients. We also know that sometimes our clients turn out to be coaches! (Does that bend the mind a little?) So this week I wanted to make sure that you knew all about the feature that we have that takes you from “Coach” to “Client” in a simple click!

It’s the “Switch to Coach” and “Switch to Client” link that’s available on the upper right hand corner of your JigsawBox account. The great news is that you can start using it right now. Here are some of the benefits of using this feature…

First, did you know that you can sign up for packages using your current username and password? Well you can. This makes it all so convenient because then you aren’t sitting there in wonder trying to decide where you placed your username for X or your password for Y.

One username. One password. Multiple signups. How bad can that be?

Second, for coaches, it makes having the client and coach dual view really handy. All you need to do to check out how a package or module looks is simply switch between the two with a click of the “Switch to” link. Again, this is where the one username and password kicks in.

Third, a coach can find their clients’ usernames on the “My Clients” page and then add them to a package on the “My Packages” page with that same username which is a great way to deliver a bonus!

There you go – three quick and easy things you can do via this feature. Spend the weekend and play with your JigsawBox. Exposing yourself to all that it has to offer can only make your user experience EVEN easier.
