JigsawBox Tip: Help! I Can’t Log In!

Happy Friday JigsawBoxer’s!

We love you guys and because of this we want to help you as efficiently as we can, which is why we have these helpful tips!

As a frequent visitor to our wonderful JigsawBox Support, one of the most popular questions is ‘How do I log in?’ or ‘Help I can’t log in!’.  So this weeks JigsawBox Tip is going to show you how to do just that and hopefully iron out any issues that come along with that.

Believe me when we say that it’s really very simple, if we can do it so can you.

Where do I log in?

Firstly when you receive your log in details from the very start make sure you keep them safe so you know when they are at all times.

Secondly, if you are a coach and you are trying to log in make sure you log in under www.jigsawbox.com/login or if your client is trying to log in make sure they are using your company log in eg. https://www.jigsawbox.com/login/yourcompany name.

This is located in My Packages with the following info: Link for client login: https://www.jigsawbox.com/login/yourcompanyname

How do I log in?

Ok, so you’ve found where you should log in but your log in details aren’t working. What do you do next? Nope, not panic.  Lets try this.

If you are copying and pasting your log in details make sure you do not add a spare space at the end or beginning of your username and password (this can happen without you knowing!). So to save yourself any time type them directly into the boxes otherwise double check what you are pasting in.

Also if you have log in usernames/passwords for multiple sites there is the possibility that your internet browser will remember them without you knowing. So ALWAYS remember to clear your cache/cookie history prior to logging in.  If you are not sure how to do this, you can simply Google ‘How to clear (cookies/cache) in (enter browser)’.

And lastly but by no means least!

If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link and this will ask you to enter the email address associated with your account.  This will then email you options to update the password/s on your account/s.

If you have tried the above, and cannot log in, then please do email us at support@jigsawbox.com and we will look into your account for you.

We are all nice here at JigsawBox so never be worried about what questions you have to ask no matter how silly you think it might be!

JigsawBox Tip: First Impressions, Get It Right!

The first rule of any type of initial meeting, whether that be on a date, meeting the in-laws or a potential new client is that first impressions do count! This is because most people will size you up within the first few minutes (probably seconds) of talking or interacting with you, so you have to get it right, and right every single time.

JigsawBox understands this 100% and gives you the opportunity to create your very own Welcome letter.  So you can let your client’s know what you do and what you are about from the very first moment!  It enables your clients (paid or on trial) to connect with you, what you have to offer and will enable them to get to know you.

This is YOUR chance to shine. So what are you waiting for?

We get lots of comments on our Facebook Community Page and  questions via support on how to utilise your welcome letter so we thought it was about time we refreshed your memories, if you are already a JigsawBoxer, and get you started if you are a newbie!

Why should I use the Welcome Letter?

It can be customized to be a true reflection of you, your personality and your coaching programs. Using this feature means you are able to show your clients from the off what you are all about and will give them a sneaky preview into your world and what they can expect in the coming days, weeks, and months as they go through their studies with you. You can use this feature to give the introductory information that you might have otherwise had to send out manually.

With the welcome letter, you simply set it up and off you go. Here are some great suggestions for what to include in your welcome letter:

  • Program overview
  • Inspirational quotes
  • Contact Information
  • Call schedules
  • A personal note
  • A personal picture

How do I use the Welcome Letter?

If this was any easier you’d think we were kidding you!

Here’s what you need to do:

  • Log into your JigsawBox account.
  • Click on your “My Packages” tab.
  • Select the package for which you want to customize and select “Edit”.
  • Make sure “Use Custom Welcome E-Mail” is checked.
  • Then – start editing the text! Add pictures! It’s up to YOU.

Also  don’t worry about the username and password – you don’t have to add this. JigsawBox does it for you automatically within the mail.

Now you have the tools so get to it!

p.s remember to shine by using your Welcome Letter and really show your new clients what you and your business is all about!

Have fun!

So…How Was It For You?

We LOVE to hear all your success stories on how you have been using JigsawBox in your quest for a better quality work/life balance.

So in April we asked you to tell us in no more than 250 words how you felt JigsawBox had worked for you.  We had an overwhelming response to this, not only because you were all so eager to tell us how brilliant you are, but also because we were offering you a wonderful incentive by giving away a FREE YEAR OF JIGSAWBOX!

So firstly a big THANK YOU from Nicola and her Team at JigsawBox.

With that out of the way! Let us introduce our WINNER…………drum roll please!………

…….Vanessa Long!!!!

So we asked Vanessa “how has JigsawBox worked for you?”

Slowly, but surely, JigsawBox has caused a total evolution of my business. As an NLP and Hypnotherapy Trainer and Coach, I have a powerful toolbox but I was using them exclusively in intense 1-on-1 live sessions and it was burning me out.

JigsawBox required a big shift in my mindset. Instead of providing improvised and customized content to each one of my clients I started thinking about how I could help more people and have a bigger impact while increasing my income and protecting my time and energy.

I started off tentatively, creating a couple of small modules for clients. As those succeeded I created more programs to deliver through JigsawBox.

I listened to Nicola’s webinar and created an accountability module to use with my high-end Breakthrough clients and then I sold and created a 12-month program that is delivered entirely through JigsawBox. I can sell as many clients as I want into that program and it doesn’t take any more of my time!

Since Nicola started the JigsawBox Facebook group my experience has gotten even better! I now feel that I have a community of like-minded coaches who are serious about success and making the most of the tools and gifts that they have.

I’m so grateful that I decided to move my business onto JigsawBox and take my coaching to the next level. I now see how I can help far more people without trading my time for money and that feels great!

Vanessa is an NLP and Hypnotherapy Trainer and Coach based in Ontario, Canada who works with clients to get them moving quickly toward their goals and building lives based on their passionate purpose. You can find out more about Vanessa’s work at http://vanessalong.ca.

We are so pleased that Vanessa has won as she is a frequent visitor and commenter  in the JigsawBox Facebook Community pages, it’s almost as if she works at JigsawBox!

Next week we will be publishing more of these wonderful insights into our client’s worlds for you all to read and be inspired, it has certainly inspired us all here!

Until next time…….Have a great weekend!

JigsawBox Tip: Testing Testing 1..2…3….

So the day has finally come when you are just about ready to launch your package,  however you are a teeny weeny bit nervous about it all.

At JigsawBox we totally understand your apprehension, so to help you feel a lot more confident in what you have produced we’ve come up with a few tips on how to test your work and know 110% that it’s as brilliant as you really think it is!

What does my package look like to my client?

This is going to be really important to you because you want it too look great and represent you and your company well.  The best way to do this is to set up a test client and log in.  So how do you do this?

Step 1:  Go to your “My Packages” , find the Client link (the green arrows just underneath the heading ‘Actions’) next to the package that you wish to test. Once you do that, copy that link.

Step 2: Log out of JigsawBox and paste that copied link into your browser window (usually Google Chrome, FireFox or Internet Explorer).

Step 3: On your browser window you will see that you have been taken to the registration page for that package. Enter your details (pretending you are a new client) such as e-mail address, name, etc..  so that you will then get a new JigsawBox username and password. You are now officially a client of yourself!

But REMEMBER!

Make sure that your package price is first set to $0.00. (This prevents you from paying yourself. However, if you want to test out the purchase process, then set the price to whatever you wish.) An advantage of going through the purchase process is that you get the full experience.  You get the welcome e-mail (which is important if you are customizing your e-mail), you are able to double check that your modules are all available or that the dates on them are correct if set to release at a later date, and you can test all the features such as reply.

This is exactly what your potential new client will experience in full, so if any of them get stuck you will know what they need to do! Brilliant eh?!!

Also, if you have selected the “Alert When Response Submitted” check box for that particular package (which is done via the edit screen) then you are free to test this as well. Make sure that you have some test questions in your module, log in as the test client, enter some replies, and click on the “Submit to Coach” button. You, as the coach, will then get an e-mail stating you have a new reply.

All you need to do now is reply back to yourself, click on the “Submit to Client” button, and bingo! You see the exact e-mail your client gets!

Something to remember…

If you need to edit or delete the questions in the modules of this package, you need to completely delete your test client. You aren’t able to edit or delete questions in a module once a client has been assigned to it – this includes a test client (they are no different than an actual client).

So remember that if go into a module and cannot edit or delete your questions – make sure you don’t have any clients (test or otherwise) assigned to it.

So we’d really recommend setting up and using a test client, this will enhance your service and knowledge so that you will understand how your client uses JigsawBox and your packages.   If you test it all first you can ask questions, allay any concerns you may have and really make yourself so confident in your product you will be singing and dancing about it which will in turn attract more paying clients your way!

You really can’t get any better than that!  So what are you waiting for? Do it today and start your journey to creating your dreams.
