JigsawBox Tip: Going from Coach to Client in One Simple Switch

Switch from Coach to ClientWe know that our coaches are also clients. We also know that sometimes our clients turn out to be coaches! (Does that bend the mind a little?) So this week I wanted to make sure that you knew all about the feature that we have that takes you from “Coach” to “Client” in a simple click!

It’s the “Switch to Coach” and “Switch to Client” link that’s available on the upper right hand corner of your JigsawBox account. The great news is that you can start using it right now. Here are some of the benefits of using this feature…

First, did you know that you can sign up for packages using your current username and password? Well you can. This makes it all so convenient because then you aren’t sitting there in wonder trying to decide where you placed your username for X or your password for Y.

One username. One password. Multiple signups. How bad can that be?

Second, for coaches, it makes having the client and coach dual view really handy. All you need to do to check out how a package or module looks is simply switch between the two with a click of the “Switch to” link. Again, this is where the one username and password kicks in.

Third, a coach can find their clients’ usernames on the “My Clients” page and then add them to a package on the “My Packages” page with that same username which is a great way to deliver a bonus!

There you go – three quick and easy things you can do via this feature. Spend the weekend and play with your JigsawBox. Exposing yourself to all that it has to offer can only make your user experience EVEN easier.

JigsawBox Tip: Giving Your Package Some Description

JigsawBox - Give Yourself Description! You have all of your materials ready to go and are venturing into the wide world of best the easy-to-use coaching tool on the market today – JigsawBox. So now that you are ready to delve into your packages, let’s talk about one of the ways that you can enhance your JigsawBox packages to make them the best that they can be:

The Package Description!

Giving your package a description is super easy and fun to use.

By working this feature properly you are able to give your client an absolute understanding of just what they are going to be expecting in their program and what they have to look forward to. It also gives you the chance to let them have advance notice of anything that they might need to prepare.

Here is how you do it:

First, click on “Create Package” or “Edit Package” and then go to your “My Packages” tab.

In this tab you will find the “Package Description” section.

When your client logs into their account and package, the content that is added here is going to show on the first page of the client dashboard.

In the “Package Description” be festive! Don’t be afraid to add images, code, video, text, and more! Make the package description something that entices your client to want to know more, that looks interesting, and that most of all has substance.

A great suggestion is to work on this area and make sure that you add your company logo or branding. By incorporating these types of images and a slogan or a catchphrase you and your business become immediately recognizable. It tells your client that you have a “visual” brand that they can connect with and when they see it, they know that THE image they are seeing is attached to you.

So start engaging your clients now with innovative and descriptive depictions of your coaching package! They’ll appreciate it!

JigsawBox Tip: Revamping the Welcome Letter

Welcome with the Welcome Letter! We can all agree on the many great features that JigsawBox offers. One of the best features and a personal favorite of mine is the welcome letter. Why? Because this is the first true impression that your clients get from you about who you are and what your coaching program is going to include. Using your welcome letter effectively enables your clients (paid or trial) to connect with you, get a feel for your personality, and get an accurate depiction of what your program is going to offer them. This is your time, as a coach, to shine!

We get questions on the support desk and sometimes via social media on how to use the welcome letter effectively. So for all of you out there in the beginning stages of setting it all up (or even those of you advanced JigsawBoxers that want to customize your JigsawBox a bit more) here is the how and why of what you need to do to make this happen:

Why should I use the Welcome Letter?

The welcome letter can be customized to be a true reflection of you and your coaching program. Using this feature means you are able to show your clients a bit of your personality and a preview of what to expect in the coming days, weeks, and months as they go through their studies with you. You can use this feature to give the introductory information that you might have otherwise had to send out manually.

With the welcome letter, you simply set it up and off you go. Here are some great suggestions for what to include in your welcome letter:

  • Program overview
  • Inspirational quotes
  • Contact Information
  • Call schedules
  • Even a personal picture

How do I use the Welcome Letter?

This couldn’t be simpler.

  • Log into your JigsawBox account.
  • Click on your “My Packages” tab.
  • Select the package for which you want to customize and select “Edit”.
  • Make sure “Use Custom Welcome E-Mail” is checked.
  • Then – start editing the text! Add pictures! It’s up to YOU.

And remember, don’t worry about the username and password – you don’t have to add this. JigsawBox does it for you automatically within the mail.

Now you have the tools and know how to get that welcome letter going effectively!

JigsawBox Tip: Multiple Tiers of Service? Price it Right.

PricingA difficult part of finally getting your JigsawBox account ready to go is determining how to price your packages. While we here at JigsawBox understand that it’s a process trying to figure out how much to sell your content for, we want to ensure that actually setting a price on your JigsawBox is not so lengthy a process. In fact, setting prices for your JigsawBox packages is easy – and you can set them each a different price or set them all the same. It is entirely up to you!

So why would you sell packages at different prices?

Answer? Because not all packages are equal. Perhaps you want to set one package as a trial and a secondary package as an upgrade? Perhaps you want to have different tiers of payment or each individual package is another specialty of a training you offer to your clients? Perhaps you have decided to offer upgraded incentives depending on the level of membership the client purchases from you? If any of the above apply to you, then a one-payment-fits-all option isn’t YOUR option.

Here is how you set your prices the right way:

First, make sure you create the packages you want to offer at individual prices, re-naming them accordingly. So as an example:

  • Package A – JigsawBox Example Package Basic
  • Package B – JigsawBox Example Package Basic Plus
  • Package C – JigsawBox Example Package Gold

Each of these packages might have the same basic contents but with each upgraded package you add additional content and/or services. Once you have named the package and added the modules plus the additional content and/or services, you would simply go in and set the price according to the upgraded tier levels. Here is an example of the same package being offered at different prices when those aforementioned upgrades are added:

  • Package A – JigsawBox Example Package Basic – $75.00
  • Package B – JigsawBox Example Package Basic Plus – $125.00
  • Package C – JigsawBox Example Package Gold – $200.00

And that’s it! All it takes is you going in, multiplying and naming your packages individually, adding your modules and content, then adjusting the pricing to what serves you the best.

That’s it, you’re done! Happy Selling!
